At some point in our lives, most of us experience the pain of being unfairly treated or facing tough situations that shock and hurt us. The people in Shattered: Tragedy and Triumph have had their lives shattered by war, bullying, disease and other tragic circumstances. They coped with their awful situations in their own way and some of them won in the end. As you read the stories, poems and scripts about their lives, you will find yourself asking how you would respond if you were in their place.
